1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Statemo ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

2. License Grant

Statemo grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal or business purposes, subject to these terms.

• Each purchased license permits installation and activation on up to 2 devices owned or controlled by you.
• You may not sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the Software to third parties.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

3. Free Trial

Statemo offers a 30-day free trial with full functionality. At the end of the trial period, a valid license must be purchased to continue using the Software. No credit card is required to start the trial.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely by LemonSqueezy. Upon purchasing a license, you will receive a license key via email.

• Subscription plans (Monthly/Yearly) auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation can be done at any time via your LemonSqueezy customer portal.
• Lifetime licenses are a one-time payment with no recurring charges.

5. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all code, design, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Statemo. The Statemo name and logo are trademarks. This license does not grant you any ownership rights.

6. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license key.
• You agree not to use Statemo for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• You agree not to attempt to circumvent licensing mechanisms or distribute crack/pirated versions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Statemo makes no guarantee that converted data will be error-free — users should verify critical outputs.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL STATEMO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Statemo's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Software.

9. Termination

Statemo may terminate or suspend your license immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease using the Software. Sections 5-11 survive termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. License holders will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
